Yoghurt sauce

Makes approximately 2 servings.

Ingredients:

120ml dairy free yoghurt ⁣

1/2 tbsp lemon juice⁣

1/2 tbsp salt⁣

1 tsp parsley (either fresh or dried)⁣

1/2 tsp cumin ⁣


⁣Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and chill until ready to use!


I served it with some falafel, potato wedges, crispy kale and baby tomatoes! YUM
