Makes approximately 2 servings.
120ml dairy free yoghurt
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp parsley (either fresh or dried)
1/2 tsp cumin
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and chill until ready to use!
I served it with some falafel, potato wedges, crispy kale and baby tomatoes! YUM
