Very berry smoothie
Makes 1 serving.
1 cup berries (i used frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
1 frozen banana
1 cup soy yoghurt or plant based milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1. Blend that baby up and voila!
I topped it with goji berries, chia seeds and some frozen strawberries.
If too thick, add more some milk until you reach the desired consistency. If too thin, add some more frozen fruit!
