Summery smoothie bowl

Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:

1 cup berries (i used frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)

1 frozen banana⁣

1 cup soy yoghurt or plant based milk⁣

1 tbsp chia seeds⁣


Toppings

Granola

Nuts

Fruit

Seeds


Method:

1. Blend together all the ingredients in a powerful blender (I used my nutribullet).

2. Pour into a bowl, add toppings and serve!


I topped mine with granola (use this recipe), pecans, walnuts, goji berries, chia seeds, and more frozen fruit!
