Overnight chia pudding
Makes one serving.
- 20g chia seeds
- 50ml water
- 25ml apple juice
- 200g yoghurt (i used alpro soya vanilla)
1. In a bowl soak the chia seeds in the water and apple juice overnight.
2. Add in the yoghurt in the morning, along with the toppings of your choice!
I topped mine with blueberries, raspberries, mango, apples, walnuts and choc spread!
