Lemon and garlic dressing
Makes approximately 4 servings.
80ml olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 small clove garlic
black pepper (to taste)
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
As shown in the picture, I served this dressing on a delicious buddha bowl with roasted sweet potatoes, crisped chickpeas, roasted kale, and quinoa, and topped it with toasty maple almonds!
