Lemon and garlic dressing


Makes approximately 4 servings.


Ingredients:⁣

80ml olive oil ⁣

30ml water ⁣

1 tbsp lemon juice ⁣

1/2 tsp salt⁣

1/2 tsp dried basil⁣

1/2 tsp dried parsley ⁣

1 small clove garlic ⁣

black pepper (to taste)⁣

Method:⁣

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.⁣

2. Serve!

As shown in the picture, I served this dressing on a delicious buddha bowl with roasted sweet potatoes, crisped chickpeas, roasted kale, and quinoa, and topped it with toasty maple almonds!
