Makes 1 serving.
300ml plant based milk
Sprinkle of salt
1. Put 50g oats in a saucepan and add the milk and sprinkle in a pinch of salt.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Leave to stand 2 minutes before eating.
1. Mix the oats, milk and salt in a large microwaveproof bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
2. Leave to stand 2 minutes before eating.
If too thin, add more oats. If too thick, add more milk.
Then top with the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
