Easiest ever chia jam

Makes approximately 2 cups.

Ingredients:⁣

2 cups fruit of your choice (i used frozen raspberries)⁣

2 tbsp chia seeds⁣

2 tbsp maple syrup⁣

1 tbsp lemon juice ⁣

Method:⁣

1. Heat the raspberries in a saucepan over medium-high heat until it begins to break down⁣.

2. Use a fork to mash the raspberries to your desired consistency⁣.

3. Add the chia seeds, maple syrup and lemon juice and stir until evenly combined⁣.

4. To allow to thicken, remove from heat and allow to cool.

5. Serve!


As pictured, I served it with some pancakes, yoghurt, chia seeds and fruit. Its also lovely with homemade scones!
