Carrot cake oats

Makes one big bowl.


Ingredients:⁣

3/4 cup oats⁣

3/4 cup grated carrot ⁣

1 cup plant based milk (i used almond)⁣

2 tbsp maple syrup ⁣

3 chopped dates⁣

1 tsp cinnamon⁣

1/2 tsp vanilla extract⁣

pinch of salt⁣


Optional toppings:⁣

Raisins⁣

Soy yoghurt⁣

Walnuts⁣

Cinnamon⁣

Maple syrup⁣

Method:⁣

1. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized pan over medium heat and cook for 7-8 minutes.⁣

2. If needed, add in more milk to reach the desired consistency.⁣

3. Serve with toppings of your choice!
